Well, this one is a bad one.
Let me explain, the story Kim our main protagonist is a "hero" in another dimension and wishes to return back home to play some dungeon games on his phone back on earth.
He "needs" to relinquish his power to the goddess to be able to return home, but he manages to turn the table on her and bypass that and open the portal back to earth himself without "forfeiting" his power.
So, the motivation of the MC is absolutely weak, the fantasy world he was previously is your typical ungrateful discriminating world for no established reason apart from "plot".
Once back, he
...
lost all his power. So restraining the goddess was quite a useless gimmick.
He now needs to join the army for his military service. Yet nobody question why he disappear and dodge that for so long, there is a lot of questionable aspect on his return since time wasn't frozen when he went to the fantasy world.
The story will just get stuck in that Korean military service narrative for the whole currently 38 chapters released. The is no grand plot or motivation. Just get your permission break from your officers and enjoy gaming in a LAN center.
It will feature your typical bully, the draconian instructor and all other kind of cliché.
I don't see the motivation of the character, the end goal, the tension or stakes at play. It's plainly boring, training arc on training arc. MC is still weak as hell compared to his previous strength, he is above average in his home world but nothing over-powered.
His military rank is nothing great. I am not really fan of compulsory military driven narrative as I don't see it drive the plot forward.
I think it is only targeting the Korean population and their patriotic dream of joining the army. As I see nothing much apart from that.
