Man, this is my first review on MAL with this new style and ion know, it doesn't feel right to me. But never that, gotta stick with the times.
Well, Superior Day is basically about two killers facing off against each other. One is a professional hired killer/assassin, whereas the other is a psychopathic killer on the loose. It's all about them trying to one-up each other and all the lives of the common people caught in between their face-off. If you're used to Team Getname, then you know what to expect, you need to pay some attention as things unfold. This review ain't got any

spoilers, so you best decide if you wanna read this comic or not, however, things ain't exactly as direct as they'd seem.
The art is standard webtoon style. The two main characters are pretty much the only two people you need to focus on. Everyone else is borderline a casualty report waiting to be added to the list of victims between them two mad lads. This ain't no romance, shounen, friendship, goody-goody comic. It's gory and brutal, with no comedy. So if you're looking for something lighthearted, you had better pack up your stuff and get the fuck... *CLEARS THROAT*
Pardon my language, with that said, this comic has everything you'd want in a high tension suspenseful work of art where if you're neither of the two MCs, your mortality clock is just going tick-tock (till it ticks no mo'). It's gory and unforgiving. Also, it's a short binge. One thing though, if you're used to Team Getname (or the solo works of Aruani and Kim Carnby), you'd know their comics share universes lowkey. Characters in some of their stuff make appearances elsewhere. Just pay attention to that in general, not sharing anything more than that.
With that said, this is a good comic to binge through as a fan of Team Getname.
