If you enjoy reading stories about young and beautiful princes falling in love with plain looking, middle class boys, then both stories should satisfy you. 

Both semes are very harsh toward their ukes, and only toward the end of the manga is the conflict fully resolved. (In RF the abuse is only verbal and emotional pain. In SnwSY it is physical abuse and rape). 

Due to a misunderstanding, the semes grow angry and distanced, and their relationship with their ukes drastically decline. However, it is the semes that ultimately bring them back together. 

In both main characters know each other, but don't know that they are going to marry. 

Both are different in many aspects, but what they do have in common are the following: 1) They're revolved around royalty 2) One of the main characters are consider cruel to their 'lover' towards the beginning. 3) They fall in love with each other- the other finds contentment being that he is now finally useful for the other character.
