Minor Spoilers ahead.
Personally, I am not a big fan of most Isekai's. Most just bore me with a lot of predictability but as I have been slowly crawling through the "giantess stack" I found a little while ago. I said, what the hell. I'll give it a shot, as there aren't too many mangas/animes that fit my niche anyway. So I gave it a shot and I think it's good.
Some people think its "fetish fuel" (due to it featuring a main character who is a Giantess) but I can assure you. It's not at all. Like nothing that I have seen, screamed that this
...
will make you uncomfortable (Some of the violence, is quite brutal though). Honestly it might be the easiest book I could recommend to people who are naturally curious about Giants.
The art is wonderful, actually way more visually detailed than I thought it would be. It doesn't feel pointless as a lot of time and effort is put into making the world seem quite believable. Sorry I don't have much to say of the art besides it really is amazing.
The story is mostly straight forward and easy to follow along however, it does have a problem of oversimplifying problems/issues. (Minor Spoiler: Our main characters debate on culling an entire population of a town but decide against it because they caught like 3 people being nice. I get it, like don't judge a book by how you see it but like you saw only 3 people who were decent and its like. OKAY, lets not kill everyone now. I am pretty sure there are a LOT more than 3 people like that, so it just kinda acts weird.) It sounds like a bit of a nitpick while I write it down but I might need to see how the other volumes develop. I currently just completed volume 3, so maybe my thoughts and opinions may change and evolve. But the storyline is quite engaging and I do like the interactions in-between the characters.
There isn't much for me to say besides I am curious to see how it continues. This will also probably be the only Isekai series I will follow to completion but hey only time will tell.
