Both are dystopian sci-fi manga with minimalistic dialogue, created by Tsutomu Nihei. If you ever feel like being awed by the best artwork in the medium, then check these out. They also have the best panelling that I have seen from any manga. It looks and feels like an action movie. Just be prepared for the despair and depression contained in the story.

A hopeless cyperpunk dystopia, mass death and destruction, laser rifles, and super badass motorcycles!

The events of both manga happen in a dark, dystopian future. Both are written by Tsutomu Nihei, so they have similar art styles, which focus mostly on imagery, instead of dialogue. Both have a similar mood, and explore similar themes.

Both manga are written by Tsutomu Nihei, so they have similar art and plot elements. In both manga, the Earth has been affected by a virus which threatens humanity and turns humans intro zombies. Both explore similar themes, such as the end of the world, or human evolution. Both have a similar dark, bleak atmosphere.

Both are shorter works by Tsutomu Nihei, with a detailed art style full of sci-fi biological horror. Their stories are light on dialogue and can be hard to follow but if you enjoy his visual style they're worth the ride.

they have a similar feeling to them of walking in a world that as long died

Same strangeness, creatures from sick imaginations. Biomega is more fast paced while King of Thorn is detailed.

Spores from space fall and create new lifeforms on Earth. Parasyte's closer to Invasion of the Body Snatchers, while Biomega deals with cultist zombies.

Even though this is a 13+ and Biomega is a 18+ they both have amazing backgrounds and are set in worn torn cities
