Synopsis

Performing a summoning spell calls a monster and binds them to the summoner's command in exchange for fulfilling their desire. Youta is a young man who lives alone and decides to try a simple spell—just so he can talk to someone. But having been told that he does not possess any talent for summoning, he has low expectations.

To his surprise, Youta ends up summoning Mumu, a dragon who had been sealed away in the dark for 300 years! Initially, she makes Youta fear for his life. After conversing with Mumu, however, he discovers that her only wish is to have someone to talk with—just like him! They quickly become friends, but Mumu turns out to be an incredibly emotional and needy dragon. Now faced with her endless daily antics, Youta searches for a way to properly handle his new quirky dragon companion.

300-nen Fuuin Sareshi Jaryuu-chan to Tomodachi ni Narimashita is a web manga released on the author's Twitter and pixiv accounts from December 23, 2019 to June 17, 2021. The web manga was published as doujinshi, when the volume was released on August 7, 2020. Official serialization started in Magazine pocket on August 4, 2021, and was officially discontinued on July 13, 2022 due to undisclosed circumstances.

Preliminary (27/35 eps)
With the telling of a freed 300 yr old dragon, we find out why she is in the form of a cute, small girl. Why she was sealed away 3 time for 300 years and what her real fear as well as why she accepts Youta as her master, even though she is an all-powerful, scary dragon. The take on daily life now as, later, she must deal with all the extra feeling her body has been denied from being locked away in the nothingness of her dimensional prison.

The story is simply just an average comedy, there really just isn't anything out of the ordinary about it, no real romance, simplistic comedy, simple character.

Art: Standard would be the best word to describe it, nothing special or enticing about it, just a good, but standard art style.

Story: Goofy comedy , that's about it. The story never really distances from that, and the only reason why it doesn't get really repetitive is because the story is really short, the romance is doesn't exist making so the relation of the characters never evolves.
