I cannot get over how similar these manga are, both in their premises and the manner in which they deal with their characters and situations. We have two men who work in a restaurant, where the young, stoic and good looking tsundere with an irritable nature, confesses his feelings to his fellow co-worker, who happens to be older than him. Since it's a first for both, they don't know how to react, but eventually, their love-hate relationship turns into a love-love one. 

Romance that blossoms between two unlikely colleagues who work at the same cafe/restaurant, all of whom happen to part of an unrequited same sex love for the first time. 

It's refreshing to see manga with older uke and younger seme, who aren't so for the sake of it. Their interactions, their inner monologues (esp that of the older guys) makes you realize (and in my case, empathise) as to how things would be in reality (between the couple), if an older, het man were to hook up with a younger guy.
