Stories that revolve around the overpowered main character trope and concept are fun in the moment; however, if they aren’t done well, then they become rather boring quite quickly. As for this story, it succumbs to the same fate as the rest of the casual and leisurely stories, since it doesn’t attempt anything ambitious — when it does, the plot contradicts and covers up the ambition.

Well, let’s start with the plot: The plot is borderline unique with the mc’s powers and motives, but it has been done before; with that being said, the plot then proceeds to follow suit with all of the cliches ... possible in any form of fantasy story. Harem? No challenge? Fake character progression? Fake stakes? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Because of the mc’s ability, the plot isn’t that entertaining and becomes dull quickly, since there are no stakes in the manga — the mc just lives his life, since nothing can oppose him.

I guess the real issue lies within the characters — mainly the mc. The mc is what I’d refer to as a poor attempt in a demon lord or ruler; in other words, he’s pathetic and stupid whenever approaching his actions, causing a lot of issues that shouldn’t arise to arise, filling up the plot with more fake struggles. As for the side characters, they all aren’t that interesting, since their personalities don’t undergo much development but rather cringe — the power of friendship baby!

This manga was rather mediocre with some occasional good humor here and there, but it suffers from the lack of ambition and inspiration in the mc — he is the sole reason this manga doesn’t progress or work, since the story keeps recycling the same bad villains over and over again.
