This is such a nice manga! Besides the great art, I liked the plot too. At first I was tempted to blame Takase for his actions, but discovering his point of view I actually began to sympathise with him. We get to see his reasoning and his struggles and that makes Takase more relatable, so it’s pretty hard not to understand his decisions.
And Ito is such a sweet guy that I bet you’ll agree deserves a good man in his life. He’s so sweet and honest that you can’t not like him even a bit. And maybe feel sorry for him too at some point

I could really feel the raw emotions and insecurities Yuuichi has when it comes to relationships because he has been discouraged that he might date another man who prefers women after all. These kinds of stories really does open your mind that everyone is different and that society should just accept that the world is changing and people are identifying themselves to what they are comfortable and confident with. I guess there are still those closeted people who are not yet ready to be open and still needs more time that we should always give them space and respect. When Yuuichi feels again how Takase
