Let me tell you this: This genre is the balance. It is technically a H BUT it HAS PLOT.
Yeah u read right!
It is categorized as ecchi but its more than that. It has 18+ scenes but the development of story and characters is way more better than most H you have read.
The story is about two people working in a cafe and falling love with each other.

Each character has their own insecurities and concerns and toward the end they try to do their best and overcome them.
The plot definitely has a ton of emotions flouting into it. but its not the best.
There are a ... lot of problems with the plot and mostly they are about drama aspect of the story.
Every 6 to 10 chapters there is a new person falling love with the main character and I can see it would bother people reading it.
and it doesn't make any sense after a point cause The main Character was insecure about herself not being seen as a woman in the society but all of a sudden after 6 to 8 years of not being in a relationship everyone around her, people who meet her in the strret, the garbage man even THE president are falling for her and this is not the right way to add more drama to your series. It's kinda similar to "Monster of the week" case in the Shonen manga but here it is a new person putting main characters relationship in danger every 6 chapters or so.
But mind that this manga is somehow a little bit wholesome. seeing them cuddle and live together is nice.
And there is comedy. There are a lot of comedy and they try to lighten up the atmosphere of the events and its kinda like a little band aid to their relationship.
And there are annoying characters as well. When you get to the point where someone related to Sota (main male character) appears in the manga you'll get what I mean. That character is written to annoy you.

Another problem is the "Randomly in middle of the deed" situation and it is not helpful.
There are a lot of times when the story really doesn't need a s*x scene BUT THERE ARE 6 OF THEM. (I'm exaggerating. but you know what I mean)

In conclusion. There is a good story telling in middle of all this chaos and you can see the results of the characters actions and how they develop and try to correct themselves.
Give it a shot! Maybe you get to like it but if it doesn't click for you just stop reading it and find something you would enjoy.
