This is my first review of a light novel.
I want to say that I am not familiar with English so I will try to write it correctly.

It is strange if the final winding is regret or happiness.
This is the story about an office worker, Yoshida. One day Yoshida confess to his boss, but his confession get rejected by Airi Gotou. Until one day when he was walking to the apartment, Yoshida met Sayu, a high school girl. Sayu Ogiwara is a runaway girl from Hokkaido, Sayu tell to Yoshida if Yoshida can sleep with her as long as Sayu gets a place to sleep. This story is about Yoshida an office worker living together with Sayu a runaway teenager in his apartment.
This is quiet interesting and enjoyable story for me, as we delve into their life how two unrelated people coexist and how they reflect their relationship each other. Story: The story focus on how Yoshida and Sayu live and interact day by day through usual daily activity. Then it deepen as living together like they do became more difficult as time passed. There also times where the character simply pondering their relation with other characters. Art: There are illustrations once every few chapters so we can grasp how the characters look like ...

I rarely read light novels, so my expectations for a great story are probably not that high. That being said, I can't help but fall in love with the characters and the world within this novel.
The synopsis gets the gist of the story, but as it progresses, more and more women are introduced; (small spoilers?) most become love rivals or bring up memories of the past. I wouldn't call this a harem by any means but there are multiple love conflicts. Side characters play a huge role, as they actively challenge the social norms and morality of the main leads.
