Both of them have dark humor, dealing with death, grotesque abominations and the like. Both of them also have "just desserts" situations, where those who do wrong often get their karmatic retribution.

Both are urban fantasies involving vengeful ghosts. In both, the main characters work to appease the wronged ghost's spirit, often putting them in the way of the criminals who wronged them. Both are extremely well written and the fantastic elements are expertly portrayed alongside the realistic crimes and psychological drama. If you like stories with spirits and realistic crime, both of these stories have you covered.

- both have college students MC - both have death and corpse theme - this about embalming and solving mysteries of the dead - have supernatural powers (speaking to undead, dowsing, alien etc) CAUTION : nudity n gore this manga have a darker theme but the characters dialogues tone it down by being comedic, it's quite balancing.

Main characters handling corpses (a lot). Kurosagi Shitai Takuhaibin has supernatural elements, whereas Route End is a psychological thriller about a serial killer.

Both are about college students who can see ghosts and use the ability to exorcise them as well as help solve crime cases. Both incredible series .

Both are mystery/horror manga being solved through the use of some psychic powers. In Psychometrer Eiji's case it's a high school delinquent with a heart of gold who has psychometry, the ability to see visions when he touches an object. In Kurosagi Coorpse Delivery Service it's various college students, one of which who can dowse for the dead and another who can hear their voices. One major difference is that in Psychometrer Eiji, Eiji works with the police to solve crimes, and in Kurosagi, the students work outside the law to fulfill the corpse's dying wishes, which often has to do with the way they  read more

They're both great horror manga drawn by the same artist. Also, the main character from Mail makes a guest appearance in Kurosagi.

Death and how people respond to it is a common theme. It's not treated as an oppressive force, but a matter-of-fact occurrence within these episodic stories where the leads are charged with helping those gone and sometimes those left behind. A bit grim, neither is motivated by benevolence and certainly not for the little money involved.

It isn't as much of the horror concept as Uzumaki,I don't think I'll ever find anything as horrific as Uzumaki it scares you and no gore, and no happy ending. The kurosagi corpse delivery service is quite funny compared to Uzumaki but and just as Uzumaki it is enjoyable.

If you like murder mysteries with very interesting individuals leading up the investigation, look no further. MPD Psycho features a detective who has a multiple personality disorder and features the disturbing cases happening around him. Kurosagi is about amateur college students, each posses a different kind of psychic ability and a passion for murder mysteries, the gruesome cases they deal with are VERY similar to those of MPD. Check them both out!
