Background

Artiste began as a web comic on the author's pixiv account. Three chapters were compiled and released as doujinshi at COMITIA 113 before it was picked by Shinchosha for offical publication. The series has been published in French by Éditions Glénat since March 7, 2018.

ARTISTE : Un CHEF D'EXCEPTION is one of the few manga that I know of which approaches cooking other than a classic shonen. Here, the story is much more interesting and rich than a vulgar ascension, and the environment in which we see the characters live is bluffing realism !!
(I myself am French near Paris and I have rarely seen a manga so faithful to reality, even if of course the story seems to take place in the beautiful districts)
