Out of all the music genre manga, Ao no Orchestra is one of the best I have read so far.
Ao no Orchestra is a story that revolves around the main character, Aono who is a violinist prodigy. However, due to family circumstances, he quits playing the violin.

It’s my first review so....
Anyways in overall if you liked shigatsu wa kimo no uso, then you would probably like it. Also goes for whoever that likes music anime/manga. The plots somewhat different and similar at the same time. For example both protagonists start out as a character who quitted whatever they were playing(arima- piano, aono- violin) Also I think ao no orchestra has more interactions with more characters, so you can also see experiences of other characters not just the main protagonist It’s a pretty good manga.
