Every time I see this manwha, I get reminded of it being perpetually stuck on my “on-hold” list, as to be frank, there’s not much of an impression or much uniqueness that the story takes for that “new chapter craving.” There’s some lovable aspects of the story with the comedy, however, it’s ultimately overshadowed by the cliches and generics that are repeated in each chapter, becoming forever forgotten.
From my recollection, the plot is relatively simple, considering its concept, but there are some unique parts here and there with the mc’s progression; then again, there are an equal or greater amount of the same old
...
concepts/plot points that have become annoying/boring to read.
The characters are pretty forgettable and shallow: There are your usual/typical bad guys, arrogant/spoiled kids, op masters, etc. Overall, the characters don’t differ much from their premise and are mostly used for gags or comedy, which doesn’t hit most of the time. As for progression in personality/outlook, there virtually is none besides for the occasional forced plot points to “change within” for the mc.
It’s sad letting manwhas or any type of story go after reading so many chapters, investing so many hours, but it’s finally time to let this die, as it is nothing special out of the bunch of “leveling system” manwhas — it does all of the rights and wrongs without standing out much besides for its occasional struggle and comedy. If you do read this, expect a shallow and generic read, something to pass the time with.
