In the end, Suirei's mom died, and Shishou remarried. The 2nd wife is Shinmei, the one that just appeared in the latest episode. They had Loulan together.
Loulan and Shisui are the same person (logical deduction). Therefore, Suirei and Shisui are half-sisters
