So EP 8 just aired and. I'm not sure if they'll explain this later or it was left out in adaptation.

So we see most of the flashbacks, but there's a bit of missing gaps to fill in.

I know its like a running joke that mana gets shafted and memory manipulation and stuff is messy but.

So the whole thing concerns shido and mana.

1. Exactly as you said, she was brainwashed and manipulated by DEM and was apparently working for them the whole time.
2. Shido was created by Mio eventually and basically just left alone to be taken in by the Itsuka’s. Shido is just Shinji’s second life. So the flashback we see of him is him as a child during his second life.
3. Not sure about Mio, Westcott has Beelzebub so of course he’d know, which is something to keep in mind during these next few episodes now that he’s alive again.

I'd like to address your 3rd point.
Just because Westcott has the demon king doesn't mean he automatically knows everything that happened in the past.

He will only know if he actually looked for that specific piece of info in the demon king.

It's like having an encyclopedia at home you won't know what's in it unless you open and read it.

I was wondering if anyone new where I can watch Lady Georgie episodes 22-45. I have multiple places. I tried bilibili,dailymotion,gogoanime,animesuge, & YouTube. some places had couple of episodes but nit all. Help please.

According to LN, other Spirits regained memories of previous timeline the moment Shidou sealed Origami's power due to invisible connection/pass between Shidou and sealed Spirits. I am not sure how about Westcot but I think it was said that He knows about changed timeline.

@timemoon2000 Really? It is said in the LN that all the Spirits have their former timeline memories again?

Yes, I checked it in LN just to be sure, and yes they regained memories of previous timeline. If you want to check it yourself it is in 11 volume somewhere in last to chapters(I think its name is "Part 7")
