I've always hated the ending of Fuuka. What about you guys, are you happy with the ending?

The last 2-3 episodes feel kind of rushed and straight up ruined this anime. The ending really wasn't of my liking (which is just a preference), but the way the followed along feels like it lost 2/3rds of the quality of the episodes before it.

I like Fuuka, but Koyuki deserved to be with the mc more than her.

When I watched the anime, I liked both Fuuka and Koyuki. After reading the manga and finding out that the anime was a "what if" scenario, I was happy he picked Fuuka. Also, Koyuki came off as extremely manipulative in the manga.

I doubt either choice would have felt satisfying to me.

i heard that Fuuka dies in the manga (the truck actually killed her) and the MC gets depressed and doesn't choose Koyuki after Fuuka's death.

I never would have expected something like that to happen in a romance manga. Such a plot twist! She was such a nice girl, and to put myself in the MC's shoes, I would be depressed as hell too and wouldn't have chosen any other girl afterward.

yeah, it was definitely one of those abrupt genre changes. I love those kinds of things though... ever seen School Days?

yeah, I can't necessarily recommend it, but it's a wild genre switch

MC doesn't deserve Koyuki tbh, Fuuka is just as awful, a perfect fit.
