A Western-styled city and adaptation, powered superhumans living and fighting day by day, a secret association keeping law and order... yeah, the similarities are there.

I enjoyed KEKKAI SENSEN, and this feels similar enough that I think I can enjoy this show too. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the Deck and their players/powers be revealed.

Why do people keep comparing jojo to everything?
Is it because thats one of the only thing they watched?

Jojo was always popular as a manga with its diverse/creative use of superpowers, but the 2012 anime exploded it into pop culture.

And I think Jojo was a major influence, directly or indirectly, on a lot of sagas that feature warriors with diverse abilities. Fate, the Law of Ueki, Black Clover, and so many others.

Bc the card abilities are kinda like stands in a way, besides that no it’s nothing like Jojo

From what I have seen so far, only 1 episode but still, it's quite good.
That's a very specific complaint but why do so many new anime have these overly bright colors. Especially when it's a crime anime, it just doesn't fit.
