Future Funk is a genre of music that can basically be summed up as funk with anime dialogue added in here and there, its niche but its something I really enjoy.

Was watching I think episode 6 or 7 and coincidentally a bit of dialogue that was part of a couple of songs that I quite like, did not see it coming at all!. I think it was when Miss Lucoa was speaking to the group or something. Usually most dialogue put into these kind of songs mainly comes from Sailor Moon and shit like that.

Any time I listen to this genre there's always a curiosity in what anime it comes from when a piece of dialogue comes up. I got lucky with this example though. I'm not optimistic if there's a way of finding out for future refernce??

I would say that it's a subgenre of house/electronic music. its notable features are 80s and 90s city pop samples, as well as anime sound effects. generally four to the floor style type beat which is perfect for clubs so people can dance to it. I could write you an essay on it but this is the cliff notes version.
