Attack Titan sees memories from its future successors. Grisha saw it from Eren's perspective, and they saw whatever grisha saw. Like, that one event in which the Grisha and Zeke incident happened, it's also through Eren's memories.

It is because of the Attack Titan's ability to see the memories of its future inheritors.Eren was the current and the last holder of the AT and Grisha was the previous holder.So,once they enter paths,Zeke uses the founder's power to go through Grisha's memories along with Eren.They are not present there in reality,they are just seeing their father's memories before the wall broke on that day.This is how Grisha was able to feel Zeke's presence around him through Eren's pov.And,another point to be noted here is that Eren was standing behind Grisha and so he saw everything from Eren's pov.

Also,pls don't go around randomly labelling anything as a plot hole just because you didn't get it.I can somewhat agree that it can be a bit confusing in the anime,but it is brilliantly explained in the manga through Isayama's amazing panelling.So,I will suggest you to read this part in the manga for better understanding.Yams was smoking something good when he created such an unbelievable plot twist.

since they are seeing those memories from FOUNDING TITANS POWER so I think they can view it in their perspective.
The founding titan can control every eldian so we still don't know how its power works.
if those memories were seen from any other titans powers then thats the different situation.

Basically, eren and zeke weren't in a "" perspective"" so to speak, they were essentially present in the past. However, what does matter was eren's pov. Now, since we know that eren does send memories back to grisha with the founding powers, he is also simultaneously sending it as he is going through this with zeke (that's why grisha has that moment with zeke), eren's and zeke's pov isn't locked, but grisha's is, he can only see eren's pov in his memories (since eren sends eren's memories), you will now notice where eren stands and why that is important, for example, the back of the room to get the whole view, whilst getting zeke in view, so when grisha sees it, he will also see zeke. (there is also another foreshadow in the very early chapters of grisha showing off the basement key to eren, but when grisha says "eren" he isn't looking at kid eren, he's looking in the other direction (where older eren stands) like eren is live streaming and grisha watching
