a lot of people saw the final scene coming. Also that Shirgone was the thief. I honestly don't, because I just didn't expect such a reveal. Anyway, I understood that this huge plan of shirogane was planned a long time before. Now I wanted to ask in which scenes this final scene got foreshadowed (the whole plan of shirogane). I heard it got foreshadowed, so I rewatched the episodes, but only saw one moment. Was there more?

there was the sequence with him making the dragon and talking about previous councils pulling a prank at the festival but that's the only one I can think of

The fact that Chika was distracted chasing the thief was a big hint that it was Shirogane’s doing

During the interview with Karen (reporters club) before the event he said he want to behave like a man this year.
"Man" (or manly dunno) can be translated to Arséne in greeks
