I am looking for manhua/manhwa/manga where mc isn't kind but cunning and is only kind when he sees his own benefit (something like regressor instruction manual).

Just recently (yesterday) read one that fits what you're looking for. A manhua called I Am the Fated Villain. It only has 32 chapters, but it's good and totally worth the read. The MC reminds me of the MC of How to Live as a Villain. They take their villainous roles and roll with them lol.

have already read all of them except the last and i don't think i am fond of the cover art so unless you actually recommend it i won't read it.

It's a cultivation Manhua, where the MC is vicious and smart + cunning doing whatever it takes to gain power using the knowledge from his past life, this is actually one of my favourite manhuas, and I would recommend it.

I caught up with it it was really good. What i didn't like was that sometimes he was too villainous apart from that it was great.
