No, the adaptation is spot-on. You can always relive the events of season 1 in manga form, but you wouldn’t lose out on anything. You can start with ch.40 no problem I wouldnt say its spot on, BUT the little changes they made serve the the plot and make it run more smoothly for the anime. For example in the manga they watch the horror movie AFTER the summer festival. If they adapted it in that order it wouldnt have worked as well. |
