Unable to add character

Whenever I try to add this character to the character page of the manga I get a 400 error. I also attempted to add them a long time ago and I guess it was rejected? Not sure why it would've been since I'm pretty sure I would have filled everything out correctly and anybody that has read the manga would know she's an important part of the MC's clique. She's arguably the 2nd most prominent character in the series. Could somebody add her in my place to make sure it's done correctly?

Ah, thank you. It had been quite a long time so I didn't imagine it would be backlogged
