I know, I heard they do
I don't watch anime stuff if there's not a MAL entry, so I won't watch them until there is one, at that doesn't look like there will be :(

i think they won't add some of those cuz they dont add webtoons probs cuz theres too many of them and anyone can make them making it hard to manage

For why they are not yet approved , it's because the pending approval queue is tremendously long and MAL lacks staff members.
The queue is even longer because of all people who keep to create pages for unpublished webcomics or duplicates.
You can follow the denials there , and see the actual pending queue there.
