Unfortunately, this was before the arsonist attack, so KyoAni's schedule took a large hit.

I guess, as it was announced before, they probably will make the senior year eventually. That being said, they never mentioned whether it will be a season long anime or a movie.

No it wasn't it was like 3 months ago? I remember it being annoucned.

I don't know about Anilist, but the MAL page has been there ever since it was announced. I guess - hopefully - it came out the oblivion as consequence of something concrete coming out?
