2. To take Zeke for Eren's or Zeke's Plan. (WT was a bonus)
3. To inflict damage on Marley's military, maybe?
4. Willy stole his Fidget spinner.

wait for s4 part 2 or read the manga, but even being anime only you could have figured out yourself that one of the reasons is revenge, those military guys that he killed were the ones that ordered the mission that ended up killing his mother.

All of the above. He planned to meet up with Zeke to learn his plan and carry it out. He also wanted to take the War Hammer which is part of Zeke's plan I believe.

Point 3 is an important one. They needed time before the entire world launches a joint attack on Paradis, so to keep them at bay and slow them down, they had to get rid of the top brass.
