| There is Can't See Can't Hear But Love If you don't mind melodrama for the sake of melodrama. It's not a manhwa i would recommend but it's the only one i know aside Koe no Katachi with disabled MCs. |

I haven't seen many like this, but here are a couple that I have.
Also, Winter woods is another good one, but there's no disability involved, rather the male MC knows almost nothing of the world (I won't say why, as not to spoil it). |
