| You can login onto the official website through third party o-auth. From the API, you can only login with MAL credentials. Implementation for third party o-auth calls would be required for people who registered through third party clients. Please add this. |

| Nah, basic HTTP auth is the best... no questions asked... Base64 is so secure. At least people can set their credentials so that API recognizes them. Ehh, I really hope that we will have new(can we call current one an API anyway) API to play with this time next year. |
