The Grisaia series has a pretty conclusive ending. Not romantically, but story wise yes. Trust me it's pretty damn good.

it's based on visual novel ryt?
anime that based on visual novel usually still not complete story-wise like Kokoro Connect, Chuunibyo, etc
is this one the same?

Zero no Tsukaima (The Familiar of Zero) - It certainly have a really conclusive ending, however you will have to watch all 4 seasons to get to that point. It's another bonus it have some neat action scenes as well.

I can understand your concern, anime based on visual novels usually do have incomplete endings, but the Grisaia series concludes its story very well. I can't see it getting a sequel because the story is complete. I mean they could continue the romance in it (highly unlikley cause its a harem), but other than that it cant get a sequel.
