Can anyone please help?

On the 25th I requested a code and was told to wait till a certain time as usual. But when I returned after that time this message popped up instead of a code:

ERROR：コード発行制限中。。。しばらく待って

I understood it was telling me to wait due to some code restriction. But I tried again on the 26th as well as today and only the same message always pops up.

I tried accessing from someone else's PC in the same building but with a different ISP and the same error pops up.

I can access the 2ch voting board no problem but I still can't get the code.

So again any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.

How long maximum does such an error usually stay? For several days? Or even for the duration of the tournament?

Is the error area based? Also, can I ask someone else (with different IP and living in a different place) to get the code and use that to vote?

I've received that error a few times before as well and I know that it lasted at least a day, though I might have just been unlucky again when I checked back. I haven't seen it since I started reserving a code during the first couple hours they're available, so you might want to try that if you can. Of course that may not be why I haven't seen it, but it's worth a shot I guess.
It doesn't matter where the code is generated, so you can get someone else to generate you one.

I will be voting for:
Eva or Felli (argh, I hate these decisions, both are pretty high tier), biribiri, and finally Kamyu and Moka because they're the only ones I know in their respective groups.

I find the list on the voting thread and then I translate them myself. Usually doesn't require much effort, but... I can't guarantee good translations for the sentence ones. orz
