Bluray DVD Comparison

So Blue Submarine No. 6 was released on Bluray in Japan and is going to get a release on Bluray in January. I was wondering if anyone knew the differences in video quality between the Bluray and DVD versions of this show and if so, if pictures could be provided. Thanks.

I recently found out on this (http://www.fandompost.com/oldforums/showthread.php?19332-Discotek-Media-licenses-Blue-Submarine-No-6/page9) forum that the bluray seems to have an edited English dub rather than the uncut English dub. Can anyone confirm this?

I don't find the series interesting enough to buy the BDs.
