Hello Everyone,

I was hoping to reach out to the MAL community for avatar suggestions.. I have been with MAL for a while now and I have decided that Today is the day I shall upload my first avatar!

Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions on what my avatar should be?

Or does anyone know any good avatar designers I could perhaps speak with?
I'm not fond of stealing other people's work so please keep that in mind!

Any and all recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Traditionaly you take a screenshot of something you're watching, or fanart from an anime you like, crop it, add a border, and voila. Most important part is not to have a messed up aspect ratio.

So you could go for Asuka, Morgiana...

Choose a character you like, crop it, make a transparent background, add something season-themed, voilà!

Save an image from an image site or something like that, add borders, make it fancy and stuff, voilà!

Well, since I'm really new (like today-new) I don't know what's customary, but I personally used pictures I drew of myself for both profile pic and avatar:)
