To be more specific I'm looking for an arrogant self-centered rich girl and a poor kind hard working boy ( the setup that you usually find in K drama). It will be nice if the girl is more than your average generic tsundere.

It has romance as a sub-genre, cooking, and im bad at judging character personalities... but she kinda like the girl Masamune-kun no Revenge.

I don't know any manga that fits your description exactly of what you want but i know an opposite.

Most of these don't seem to have a conclusive ending.
Kannagi : Watched all of it.. no conclusive ending..
Hayate: I read every possible spoiler and he didn't end up with anyone.
Gosick: Most people are debating if they are actually a couple or no..

If you want a conclusive ending that involves romance with an arrogant and self-centered girl,i will tell you honestly, Toradora is your best bet. Since you already watched it, that rec is pointless. But if you want a romance anime that have a conclusive ending without any restraint on the type of girl you want, then i will rec Nodame Cantabile and Shuffle.
