| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Saw Strange Love a long time ago and only had a mid interest in seeing how the story played out completely since the OVA was only 2 episodes and this was work from Oku Hiroya who known more from Gantz fame..so eh why not? After reading this series it was adapted from I can see why now, it didn't go anywhere. Chizuru Yoshida was all over the place in terms of being believable. First half of the story up to ch.63 wasn't too bad but once it started to mix in the Sato & Suzuki Hen stuff it just took a nose dive and became obvious when the series received the canceled status and had to be rushed. It's interesting to see Oku bounced back from this with Gantz. |
