How much of the LN source was used for the anime?

I just wanted to know whether the anime completely animated all 9 or 10 volumes of the Light Novel or not. I sort of doubt it since the anime is only 12 episodes.

According to some posts I've seen in the Episode 12 discussion thread, I'm pretty sure that they animated it all. Just look out for Middle School GJ-bu as a potential sequel/spin-off to this.
