Help!!

Japanese Manga and Freedom of Expression are under the threat of Korean-originated cult, Soka Gakkai and their hypocritic promotion of "Child-porn Restriction"!!

Do you know the new suggestion "Child-porn Restriction(Jidou poruno houan)"? It may sound a good movement based on moral, however, it causes the following fears:

Important!!

The definition of this 'Child porno' is not clear: It may include the ordinary expressionby anime, manga drawings etc. It may be nothing to do with 'protection of Children's rights 'but 'Restriction of freedom of expression'. In some cases, this new suggestion is called'fiction-restriction' ,'anime-property restriction'etc.
So far, the cases which may be convicted include the activities of possession, creation and giving of anime and manga books and visual resources (which is everywhere in the society) Thus if you have a R18 manga which you bought several years ago in the bookshelf/or if you draw a picture of naked girl in your notebook just for fun, you might be sent into a prison.
It should be added.....this 'Porno'does not mean only nude or drawings of sexual activity. This implies that if the person(the one who promotes this restriction) regards a picture 'Sexual', even if the character in the picture is not naked, it can be abondoned.
Moreover...How can we tell the age of anime characters?(=if the character is regarded to be under 18 yrs old, we can't enjoy it any more)It can be in the way of the character image.

The situation so far:

17/April/1999: This suggestion on law was under consideration at Japanese House of Councillors and was passed to the House of Representatives on 14 of May, 1999.
It became effective after 1 of November , 1999 and 26 cases were convicted in 3 months. Half of the cases were web-contents.

The serious problem is, the creators tend to minimise their activity of expression. These fears may be the goal of Soka Gakkai, Korea and China. The reason is that the cult aims at the destruction of the freedom of expression in Japan.Study shows that Soka Gakkai is originated in Korea and the philosophy is quite similar to that of China's Communist Party.
This movement has been led by the force of these powers.

This restriction may bring these powers great profit for the following reasons;
China and Korea has established an organisation of manga and anime creators. They are trying to involve numbers of Japanese animators and cartoonists . If this restriction could destroy the freedom of expression in Japan, Japanese creators may be under control of those countries. As the result, the artworks by those creators will be imported as "Chinese Original" or "Korean manga" (which may be in less good quality) etc. It is a robbery of intellectual property.

(Remember the case of fake Disneyland, Tower of Eiffel in China/In fact, Korea insists that "Doraemon" and other famous characters made in Korea/ They even insists French language and English language were originated in Korea or Jesus Christ was a Korean person etc..)

In other words, the restruction leads Japan to give China and Korea Japanese Intellectual Property for free. It brings Japan no profit but huge unemployment and economic damage.
You may no longer can enjoy Japanese anime and manga! Give us your hands, please!

The real aim about this is definately not "Saving Children" but destruction of freedom of expression in Japan and to bring China and Korea profits.

In order to stop this movement and minimize Soka Gakkai's power, it is effective to spread this as wide as possible.
