Long haired guy is voice by green river?

Totally didn't understand what was going on.

Well rape of the patient girl was not bad at least due to continual suffering and cries of her.

Character model was collapsing quite a bit though.

What's with that smile at end though? Its not like she gonna make it out or something. is this an axed anime adapatation or something XD

I love the fact one of the girls basically uses shadow clone jutsu (well, I suppose it's better described as a technique that does the same thing).
