Im looking for any good anime you can think of. I dont have anything specific thing im looking for just something thats good and you would rate at least an 8. The ONLY thing i dont want is something TOO childish. I dont mind a good laugh just nothing childish. Check out my list so you dont recommend me something i have already seen. Also, i would ask that each person only recommends me 1 anime since i can be a bit indecisive at time. Thanks!

Wow i know of so many. These are all really good,
-Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae wo Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai or some call it AnoHana
-Sakamichi no Apollon
-Sword Art Online(there is A LOT of debate on whether this anime is good or not but personally if i rated it on enjoyment i would give it a 10)
-Bokura ga ita(my favorite romance so far)
-Kenkou Zenrakei Suieibu Umishou(i dont know if you will like although i did. It is a bit ecchi but i enjoyed it)
-Katanagatari(I noticed this isn't on your list and was amazed because this is a really good one)
-School Days(although i didn't enjoy this one too much because of its genre, it is definitely not for kids and is definitely aimed at older audience as it is hard to watch)
-Sukitte Ii na yo(another good romance anime that i enjoyed watching)
-Toradora(also one of the animes im surprised you haven't watched as it is amazingly great and definitely worth watching)(for got to say that it is a school/sort of harem/romance/comedy genre)

I could think of some more, but for now i think this is enough. None of the anime i recommended are on your list so i assume you haven't seen them. Almost every one of the anime were really good and i enjoyed them and almost all of them are not for kids(so they are not really childish). The only one that you might think is childish is AnoHana, but in my opinion a child would be really sad after watching it as i almost did cry(but even though it is sad, it is sad in a good way)(it's a slice of life genre so thats why).

Ghost in the Shell - Why do you have over 200 anime watched without having this? And more importantly have Stand Alone Complex without the 1995 movie?

I loved Howl's moving castle. I didn't find it too childish and it made me laugh. It's an anime that has been one of my favorites for sometime now. If you haven't already seen it I hope you can enjoy it as well.

I actually have seen GitS but it seems i just forgot to add it. Thanks for mentioning though i probably would have never noticed otherwise.

I guess I would say for a classic, you should go for Grave of the Fireflies.
