| There is nothing that annoys me more than misplaced fanservice. Some now and then is OK. But when they go every episode showing the same thing, it loses its impact. Example of that would be the constant fighting were the clothes get ripped off, but the flesh shows no signs of wounds. If it is don right to further the plot (the sex scenes in Kimi ga nozomu Eien, Saikano or Romeo X Juliet) then it is great. But if it is constantly shown it puts me on edge, if anyone sees me watching I wouldn't be able to convince them it wasn't hentai. On that note if all you want to see is naked girls just watch hentai. And even though I'm not gay, I find this statement unnecessarily offensive: " i reccomend it to every 1 who isn't a gay or under 13 years old." |

Compared to many other series, Highschool DxD isn't all that good. It's entertaining, but it's not great. The story is OK, the art is decent, but the characters are shallow and lack depth. The light novels are a different story however. Just felt the need to put that out there. On to recommendations Like someone else said, check out Freezing. It's a great series, and the manga is even better than the anime. Sekirei- fits what you're looking for perfectly Elfen Lied - it's not a happy or light hearted series, but it does have nudity. It's an incredible series all around too. I know you said you didn't like Sora no Otoshimono, but give it more than one episode, it gets a lot better. Girls Bravo - fits well HOTD- doesn't have nudity, but it still has lots of romance and fanservice I'm going to be honest again, if all you're looking for is nudity, aside from a few ecchi series here and there, your only option is hentai. |
| Wait, I can't believe no one has mentioned Seikon no Qwaser yet. I personally hate it, but I think you'd like it since it appears as though you're looking for more ecchi than romance. |

| Well off the top of my head for some ecchi and romance. I would say Kiss x Sis, Maken-Ki and Omamori Himari. Although none of those have full on nudity like Highschool DxD, they are still very ecchi and in my opinion Kiss x Sis is even more ecchi than Highschool DxD, its the most ecchi anime you can get before it becomes a hentai. |
