| I Honestly think Kaito is out of the question for Kanna now. The cringe look Kaito was giving when Kanna was trying to flub out a confession should give you a clue what the writers think of that pairing. I think if Kaito and Ichika don't end up together, then Kaito will end up with no one. As for Tetsurou. He still has feelings for Kanna. But we know he's not even on her radar. Heck, Kanna is even telling Mio that he just give up running and date the Chiharu girl. Mio and Tetsurou know how each other feels. Mio is being supportive of Tetsurou and not pushing herself on him, even though circumstances seem to always bring them together. I think in Episode Eight your starting to see the progression of Tetsurou moving on from Kanna and starting to look towards Mio. Both scenes when he's alone with each of the girls sort of hinted to that fact. Kanna is still swooning for Kaito and Tetsurou is finally realizes it is not meant to be. Tetsurou seems to be looking at Mio more and more, especially since Mio seems to be more open and happy since her confession. Kanna is a good girl and I like her. She's a nice part of the group. But, I just don't see her with either guy by the end of the series. At this point, the way the characters and story have developed, if she end up paired with either guy it would seem contrived and make the story weaker as a whole. Even the most staunch supporters of Kanna have to realize this. | I like Mio, but her stalker shumi freaks me out. Tetsuro since "forever" love Kanna, so I can imagine he could now start have feelings for Mio, just because she love him. The same thing for Kaito, even if Ichika go back home I can't see him suddenly have feelings for Kanna. I don't know how long Kanna love Kaito, but also I can't see her with Tetsuro after his confession. In summary: No one have to love somebody and be with him/her just because she/he love him/her. Also after loving someone for a long time, can't quickly falling in love with someone who love him/her. They need some time. My ending: MioxTetsuroxKanna friends forever! KaitoxIchika couple Or if Ichika will come back to home, MioxTetsuroxKannaxKaito - friends forever |

The main cast's gender balance was already misaligned before Ichika's sister came along. A high female:male ratio is okay when it's harem, but when the show is trying to find a "true" pairing for each character...it becomes heartbreaking to watch. |
