| This was actually quite interesting. Thank god they redesigned the main robot because that red thing looked hideous, but I actually like the character designs in this pilot a bit more than how they turned out in the series. I wonder if this had anything to do with Go Nagai originally. Seems like maybe he stepped in during production at some point and inserted his characters and mecha design. |
