Calling this special the best and most ecchi one yet. For the several elements to follow in the list:

Chitose’s breasts and nipples in the spoiler (NSFW)

are done the best in this special so far.
It was especially getting hot with Elizabeth and Asuna touching them and fondling them in the spoiler (NSFW)

that is what made it a little better.
The group shots were amazing in the spoiler (NSFW)

you can see much better the breast sizes with Kurusu/Elizabeth being the DFCs.
Asuna’s breast with nipples are better than before in the spoiler (NSFW)

along the comedic nose bleeds that also have her nipples there except in chibi form.
Seeing Elizabeth feeling her own breasts in the spoiler (NSFW)

was the best for me since I am a fan of hers in the series.

Overall best special up to date and I wonder how much better it can get.
