I see Onemanga mentioned a lot but I don't really like it. It's good for quick updates on weekly releases (though it's still faster if you just check the scanlation group's actual site in most cases) and it's pretty stable.

The thing that really turns me away from it is the size of its actual library. It's good for new stuff but for seinens and older stuff, it's really, really lacking.

I usually read at either Onemanga or Mangafox.
Mangafox has more titles, but I find Onemanga to be more user-friendly and they have better titles... but both have their pros and cons.

Manga Traders is the best I've come across for batch-downloads (well, per volume) for manga. It has quite a large range, and good scanlations.
