I second Kyou Kara Maou~

Also, try the FAKE OAV, and possibly Gankutsuou. The latter isn't flat out gay, but it does have a lot of subtext.

ouran high school host club has a bit i suppose, also there's a hell of a lot of gay twists in CLAMP stuff, i mainly read their manga but i'm assuming the anime is similar, try tokyo babylon and card captor sakura.
oh and pet shop of horrors! the romance isn't really the main point but there's a bit of it in there (again, i only read the manga).
sorry if i'm leading you down the wrong route here but they're all really cool stories.
