| I can't say for sure but I very much doubt it. I doubt I need to say this but there are plenty of other similar series about, Kimi ni Todoke is about as standard as shoujo romance come so you should be ok. |

| Not sure where the anime leaves off in relation to the manga, but it is still going on and up to chapter 66 at the moment. Haven't seen any posts on where the 2nd season ended at in the manga, but one post said the first ended at 27. If they did do a 3rd season, they might be waiting for a few more chapters to come out so they have material to work with. |

And if we are on volume 16/17 right now, I would hope that a third season would be possible soon. |
