| I came from AnimeNext and just heard the news it ended last week at chapter 558. I always told myself when it ends, I'll actually read the manga (since the anime cut it off). Opinions? |

| I started to watch the anime, but it kind of sucked, so since I am a fan of the mangaka who wrote it, I decided to read the manga. The manga is leaps and bounds better than the anime, mostly because Inuyasha sounds a bit more demon-ish. You don't hear lines like "Fuck that bitch!" on any shounen dubbed/subbed anime, now do you? Maybe I just got a scanlater that likes to cuss, but the manga is in left-right format. That is what I don't really like about the manga, everything else is fine though. After I read Gantz or something, I go to Inuyasha and for the first few pages, I read it backwards from right-left. I don't get why they flipped it -.-. It seems like it is like that up to the final chapter (but I have only read up to like chapter 19 on onemanga.com, so it might switch to the regular style). I am glad it ended though, because I like reading a manga that has an end in sight. 52 volumes is quite a lot (like hell I'll buy them) |

| Didn't know it finished. Maybe some day when I'm utterly bored, I"ll read a few chapters to see if it catches my interest. The anime never caught my attention and I keep hearing negative thigns about it as well. We'll see... |
