| Sonds like Golden Boy to me. Not tat i have watched Golden boy yet, but you only have to read the synopsis to see how smart he is, and everyone who ave actually watched Golden Boy says he is a huge pervert (smelling toilet seats that the babes have sat on etc.), so I guess you should go with that, unless you object to older anime. |

| I've already read both of the manga, I agree with Golden Boy, thats the kind of character I'm looking for, but if I remember correctly Kei wasn't that perverted, he just has the mindset of a normal guy. |
| Your asking for something a lil hard there as there's not a lot of anime that gives you a smart perverted character outside of Kintaro from Golden Boy. Those types are hard to balance as your either smart, or your perverted and to have both is well...as for Keima, he's smart but he wasn't perverted(aside from the galge's he gets into). He just got himself into situations that looked perverted. Anyways, the only one I could think of that's not in your list is Great Teacher Onizuka. The guy is street smart and very perverted. Another main character that might fit is Sunabouzu also known as desert punk. The guys smart in his own way against fights, but is a lecher through and through. Other characters that have skills and are perverted: Ranma ½ - Happosai(the guy collects pantsu) Inukami - Keita DBZ - Master Roshi Inuyasha - Miroku |

| Kintaro doesn't use his smarts because he is beyond fame and fortune. He's just too pro for us commoners to understand. But he still can't control his sexual urges, he's only human. In some episodes of Gintama, Gin does show signs of perversion. However is isn't super smart, maybe above average. GTO is another perfect example though. |
