There are only 5 Iron Man episodes, subbed that is.

I can understand some peoplenot liking the show, groups won't sub it, whatever.
But i also assume some people like the show, meaning some people may watch raws or something, meaning there should episode discussion for ep 6+ if they have aired.

So, my concern is, have they aired? Anyone knows what has happened to the show, why there are no subs or have any info at all? I will appreciate it and im sure other people will to.

Thanks in advance!

A quick search on Tokyo Toshokan reveals that episodes 6 and 7 have aired on schedule. It's apparent that the only group subbing Iron Man in English, Force-Works, has either temporarily stopped subbing the series or quit. Without further information about this group, we can only wait.

It's a shame there's no simulcast, given that Iron Man is popular here in the States. I personally think the series isn't bad so far and would like to see it until the end.

Thanks for the answer.

In my case, knowing that the episodes have indeed aired is enough. Now all we can do is wait for someone to pick the show up.

I still have hope that Force-Works has not dropped the show.

This really sucks :( WHY did they stop? is there a reason?
I wonder what possessed them to START subbing until 5 episodes and then leave people hanging by suddenly STOPPING.
I'm not angry because I love iron man and it's the best -I don't and it isn't imo it's pretty average.
but I really hate simply stopping any series right in the middle, once I start, I have to finish.

It might be translation issues. It might be Marvel has placed a decist order on this one too. It wouldn't surprise me persay, as Iron Man is an American based franchize, not a Japanese one.

Totally agree.

A cease and desist order is definitely plausible, although I would find it hard to believe, because Force-Works has not provided a website or even an IRC chat channel as far as I know. Therefore, there's no possible way to contact them.

I'm sure we'll get to finish the series with subtitles, whether it be the end of this year, or the end of next. =P

Which means it was likely a translation issue. I've seen it before, where they take more time. I personally don't mind them doing that.
